Depression is one of the most common mental disorders found now a days and one of the most complicated diseases as still in this modern medical science, we don't have any specific instigation to identify such mental disorders, the only way for diagnosis is a clinical manifestation (sign and symptoms). Depression has been described as one of human most common affliction for last 2500 years. It was among the first psychogenic disorders to be recognized and identified as a distinctive entity by Greek and Romans.
